When the Boulevard Sentinel last reported on Andrew Charroux, of Highland Park, the high schooler had added $900 to his college fund by winning the American Legion Oratorical Contest at the Post and Area level. As a runner up in the state competition in March, he added another $700, for total winnings of $1,600.
